Introducing Myna’s Crypto Accounting NFT Members Club.
A collaboration with forward thinking mavericks, FactoryDao, a business who are leading the DAO wave with an extensive suite of dApps for building sustainable, decentralised organisations. Building no-code, modular infrastructure, allowing anyone to launch a DAO…including us.
With our ‘in the game’ mentality with regards to the crypto market and a broad understanding of everything from NFTs, through DeFi, to rebase DAOs, all to ensure that we can support our clients take that next important step within the crypto space, whether that be saving on tax, understanding their profits and losses, stepping into the space, or utilising crypto to their advance.
But what makes us different is that we believe the best way to support the needs of our clients it to fully immerse ourselves.
Therefore, here we are launching the first of its kind professional service NFT.
The Professional Service NFT
As adoption in the crypto space increases at pace, more and more professional services are required to fully cater to the needs of the market. Over the last year we have seen a number of “service DAOs'' emerge, which have formed to provide services to other DAOs and projects. What we have seen less of is existing businesses move into the crypto space and begin to utilise the affordances of these new emerging technologies.
Myna aims to lead the way in collaboration with FactoryDao to build out a suite of tools that will allow them to take aspects of their accounting and tax services, another step crypto native.
The goal, to build an NFT DAO that gives holders of the NFT access to Myna services and use some of the abilities of DAOs to enhance their community and build a greater connection with direct users of new and emerging crypto products.
The Service NFT
There is no doubt that the runaway success of the last cycle was NFTs. However, we have only just begun to scratch the surface of what Non-Fungible Tokens can do.
Myna approached FactoryDao with a vision to push the professional services space into Web3, with a knowing that we wanted to launch our NFT, but a belief in hiring the right team to support in building the right system.
The design uses purpose built membership NFTs and a special smart contract we call the “Cash Register,” which will allow holders of the NFTs to send crypto to a Web3 application and upgrade the metadata on their NFT to signal to professional services that a holder is eligible for a specified tier of service.
For example, a minter of the base NFT will gain access to Myna’s exclusive gated Discord, where users will have access to Myna’s trained tax professionals. They will also take part in NFT governance using FactoryDAO’s ‘Influence’ application to engage in periodic AMAs and vote on the direction of content related to burning questions in the industry about how the tax landscape is changing.
Once they hold the base NFT, holders can book consultations with one of Myna’s tax professionals. They will be able to pay in crypto, prove to Myna that they have paid and get direct tax advice, all without revealing their identity.
Going further, holders will be able to upgrade their NFTs to book a full tax return service, with their specific tokenID matching to internal Myna records. The use of NFTs will improve the efficiency of the service tracking on-boarding for all parties.
The Service NFT is designed to allow crypto natives the ability to pay for professional services in crypto and keep track of the services they’ve paid for all using their wallet.
The Mint
Base NFTs will be minted from this week using FactoryDao's ‘Mint’ application, recently deployed on the Avalanche network.
Existing Myna clients that shared their addresses to the whitelist, will gain the ability to mint a special Gold membership NFT in the token range 1-100, and then an open mint will follow, where customers from all over the world can buy an NFT and begin their crypto native use of professional services in crypto.
The Cash Register contract will open for business shortly after the summer in Q4 and FactoryDAO will work closely with Myna and Myna’s early adopters into the ecosystem to innovate in the Web3 professional services sector.
NFTs are about to get professional.
